Arriving from Amsterdam, Utrecht or Rotterdam
Using the A4, A12 and A13
At the Prins Clausplein follow directions to The Hague City Centre via the Utrechtse Baan (A12). Take the exit for ‘Den Haag Centrum’ and follow the Prins Clauslaan (parallel to the motorway) until you reach the Theresiastraat (immediately after the second bridge building across the motorway). Turn left and you will see the entrance to the RKD.
Arriving from Amsterdam
Using the A44-N44
Driving along the A44 from Amsterdam, you join the N44 at Wassenaar. In The Hague, follow the Benoordenhoutseweg until you reach the junction of the Boslaan and the Jozef Israëlslaan. Turn left. Do not go on to the Utrechtse Baan but stay in the right-hand lane, following the Boslaan. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right and you will see the entrance to the RKD.
Parking
You can park nearby (there are parking meters) or in the car park under the Babylon tower next to Central Station (Prinses Irene street). Alternatively you can leave your car, at no charge, in the car park underneath the railway station at Voorburg (take the turn for Voorburg immediately after the Prins Clausplein) and travel to The Hague Central Station by train (3 minutes, one zone on your bus and tram card).
